Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Ours is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. While delays are rare, we appreciate your patience should they occur.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ours is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ours is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can review and assist accordingly.
